The price includes:
- Breakfast
- Room and bath cleaning: every day (sunday and bank holidays excluded)
- Change of sheets: once a week
- Change of towels: every 3 days
Arrivals/Check-in: from 14.00 p.m. to 24.00 p.m. (please communicate the arrival time)
Departure/Check-out: within 10.30 a.m.
Cancellation:
- For cancellations till 20 days before the arrival: the deposit will be refunded (banking costs excluded).
- No show: we will hold the deposit.
- For cancellation the day of arrival (check in) and anticipated departures (for causes not due to the b&b managing): debit of the entire reserved period.

Booking can be made by telephone, fax or e-mail. Please indicate name and surname, country, phone number, e-mail, arrival and departure dates, number of guests (specify children's age) and type of accomodation required. We will answer you within 24 hours from your request.
