Our house has been recently renovated and is situated on the ground floor of an elegant 19th century palace.                    
The b&b is very well located and will allow you to visit easily our amazing city and to reach the most beautiful beaches of our region. 
We stay in a quiet  "restricted traffic area" few minutes away from restaurants, pubs, shops, theaters and close to the most important monuments of the town, (such as the Tower of the Elephant and the Bastion of Saint Remy). 
The famous Poetto beach with its crystal-clear water and the Salty pans (the pink flamingos kingdom) are just 15 minutes away from our house. 

Railway station, bus station, port and the airport are easy to reach with public transports that transit close to our house. 
People that arrive by car will find numerous free and private parkings nearby the b&b. 

Whether you are visiting for leisure, business or study we will guarantee you a cozy and quiet staying with friendly atmospher, helpful owners and continental breakfast all included in the price.
